What is the delivery time for orders?
Delivery with courier Aramex within Cairo and Giza takes 1 to 2 business days.
For other governorates, orders are prepared on the same day and delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an Email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order using the tracking link provided.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds
Refunds are accepted, in the following cases:

Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed for size changes, and only if the requested size is available in stock. You must request the exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Shipping for Exchanges
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
The item must be returned in the original packaging/box, or in a secure box provided by you to ensure it arrives safely.
The cap must be in the exact same condition it was delivered in.
If the cap has a tag/ticket, it must be attached when returned.
If any of these conditions are not met, the exchange will be declined, and the item will be shipped back to you..
